CHLA IS TAKING SAFETY MEASURES TO ENSURE A HEALTHY VISIT

Donors and staff are required to wear mask at all times. CHLA will have some extra in their mobile bus unit, however we do encourage for every participant donor to bring their own.

Their bus unit will be wiped down prior to blood drive start as usual as it's part of quality control check. In addition, after  every donation, nurse and tech will disinfect the recycler chairs before allowing other donor to continue.  Two donors per appointment will be allowed inside bus unit, as that’s part of their guidelines and protocols due to social distancing. Donors will wait outside the bus, and provide three “10x10 “canopies and registration area that will allow donors to wait until they are called for their turn.
